Our DNA is
3o% similar to yeast,
40% simiar to a worm,
50% similar to a banana,
60% similar to a fruitfly,
90% similar to a mouse
and
99.9% similar to an ape!

Shi Hui, Vivian, what have you learnt at the DNA Workshop? What do you like about it? What do you not like about it?
I have learnt some things at the workshop too. I've learnt that living things have similar DNA, some are so similar to us that I want to ask "Will scientist mistake an ape for a human if they are not careful?" But one setback for me is that I hope that they will let the teachers try extracting the DNA as well. I wish we can go there more often for such interesting lessons.

I think the pictues are well taken by Mrs Lee.I learnt that all living things have the same DNA.i wish i can go for another trip to the Science Centre as there is a lot more places to go there.
